Refund policy

14-day refund. If The Equity Method™ isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you'll get your money back. No questions asked.

What this covers

This policy applies to purchases made through this website, where checkout is handled by Gumroad. The free edition of The Equity Method™ has no charge, so there is nothing to refund.

Bought on Amazon or Google Play?

Kindle, paperback and Google Play Books editions are sold by those stores, so refunds and returns for them follow each store's own policy and are requested through your account there. We can't issue refunds for those purchases, but if something is wrong with your copy, write to us and we'll help.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email hello@ernestoluciano.com within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. Include the email address you used to buy and, if you have it, your Gumroad receipt.
  3. We process the refund through Gumroad, our payment provider, to the payment method you used.

Once the refund is issued, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

What happens after a refund

If your purchase included an Equity Game™ Pro code, it can no longer be redeemed, and we may remove Pro access already linked to it. Please delete any copies of the files you downloaded.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are not refundable. If a file is damaged, missing or won't open, write to us at any time and we'll send you a working copy.
